Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes. You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only in case of:

• Manufacturing defect

• Wrong product delivered

• Size mismatch (ready-made garments only)

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact and supported by an unboxing video.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error (wrong item or defect).
