We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTION

We sell ready-stock festive and ethnic wear products within India.

While we make every effort to accurately display product details, the following may occur:

  • Slight variations in color due to screen resolution, lighting, and photography.
  • Minor variations in embroidery, texture, or print placement due to handcrafted or manufacturing processes.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

All products are subject to availability.

3. PRICING & TAXES

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

In the event of pricing errors due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a full refund.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment authorization for prepaid orders, OR
  • Order confirmation verification for Cash on Delivery (COD).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Product unavailability
  • Incomplete or unverifiable information
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders

If we cancel a prepaid order, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Secure payment gateway transactions
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways compliant with RBI regulations.

We do not store debit or credit card information.

In case of payment failure where the amount is debited, customers must notify us. Refunds will be processed as per banking timelines.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Festivals
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner issues

Incorrect shipping details provided by customers may result in failed delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Key points:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • Returns are subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restriction from future purchases or COD eligibility.

9. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • All activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
