By making a purchase on our Website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The product must be returned in original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of wear, perfume, stains, makeup marks, alteration, or damage.
Ethnic and festive wear is delicate. Products showing signs of trial wear beyond reasonable inspection will not qualify.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We reserve the right to refuse returns for:
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags.
- Items returned after 7 days.
- Products altered by the customer.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” (if applicable in future promotions).
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Email care@ksheeraclothing.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Mention:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
- Wait for return approval confirmation.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to conduct quality inspection before approving refunds.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
If return is approved:
- Customers may be required to ship the product back using a recommended courier partner OR
- Reverse pickup may be arranged (subject to service availability).
Return shipping charges:
- If the return is due to product defect or wrong item sent → Company bears shipping cost.
- If return is for size preference or personal reasons → Customer may bear return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
Once the returned product is received:
- It will undergo quality inspection.
- Inspection may take 2–3 business days.
- If approved, refund will be processed.
- If rejected, the product may be shipped back to the customer.
We reserve sole discretion in determining product condition.
6. REFUND MODE
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Prepaid Orders
Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refund will be processed via:
- UPI transfer OR
- Bank transfer (customer must provide correct details)
Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
Ksheera Clothing shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- Returned item is missing original packaging.
- Returned item has minor damage not affecting usability.
- Promotional discounts were applied.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.

Refund timelines depend on financial institutions.
9. EXCHANGES
We may offer exchange subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested size is unavailable, refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
10. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear unboxing video and product images.
Failure to provide evidence within 48 hours may result in rejection of claim.
After verification, we will:
- Arrange replacement OR
- Issue full refund including shipping charges.
11. REFUND RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refunds for abuse of return policy.
- Restrict COD orders for repeated returns or cancellations.
- Take necessary action in cases of suspected fraud.
12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us:
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence including delivery confirmation and transaction records.
- Customers engaging in unjustified chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Refund timelines may be affected due to:
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
